This beautiful vintage piece features a gorgeous slab of natural banded agate with tendrils of textured 3D 18k yellow gold curling up and over like vines holding the stone. A single diamond and three cream, silver, and gray pearls dot the leaflike design. A solid 18k frame supports the back of the piece along with the pin and hidden bail.
