This gorgeous antique pin features a brightly enameled depiction of the ancient Egyptian goddess Nekhbet, the protector of Upper Egypt, shown as a vulture with wings outstretched for security. Crafted of solid 14k gold with ruby and diamond accents and exquisite textured details both front and back. Ca. 1890's.
Comes in fitted antique box as photographed. An excellent addition to any collection of Egyptian Revival period proper jewelry.
